i never thought about it before but your right. There's only 1 game that I play for more than 5 mins that i didn't already own once before and thats RBI baseball for NES, every other game that i play for long periods of time i have either owned or rented or have some memory of liking it alot.

Its weird but absolutely true.

Magus 86- no offence or anything, but please use the return button a bit more. Your posts are very annoying to read in big blocks of text.

... Oh yeah... Why don't you get your head out of your ass

He's at it again......

But it's a good point! I've so many Genesis games on my smc card, I'm like a spoilt kid!

But every PSP game I BUY I feel duty bound to play! (except THUG, ughhh. sold on Ebay!!!!)

hmmm, if I could actually be bothered to read magus' last post I might have come up with some witty and cutting remarks. As it is I'll just ask him nicely to

USE THE FUCKING RETURN KEY

anyway, we dont know how much they are gonna charge for these games

they may be offered as prizes in online tournies

or possible bouht via a stars VIP system, whereby u can buy games and earn stars to buy retro games

they may even offer you X game when u buy game Y

eg. Mario Bros 3. when you buy the Revolution Mario

alternatively they may charge for them, but no-one is forcing you to buy them

if they do i will certainly buy GC games and N64 games, and probably some SNES

I wont buy NES because im an aesthetics freak, and NES is just a little too pixelly

I DON'T HAVE A "RETURN" KEY, ASSHAT! IT'S CALLED "ENTER!" AND I'LL USE IT IF I FUCKING FEEL LIKE IT, NOT BECAUSE SOME DIPSHIT CAN'T UNDERSTAND TEXT THAT'S NOT SEPARATED BY VERTICAL SPACES.

Hello to you also "asshat"

I'm not one to judge, but surely you want people to read what you have written, otherwise you wouldn't write it (unless you need something to do whilst you wank over your superiority complex)

Now, if you want people to read what you write use the ENTER (aka RETURN) key and then everyone can read you posts

although if they actually READ your posts they may realise that you yourself are an "asshat"

Yes, I'm such an asshat for saying things that are true and then getting pissed because someone said that something I said was negative when it sure as fuck wasn't... good call, captain dipshit.

Really, how hard is it to press that key every now and again? Don't expect us to read your responses if you don't use it.

By the way, what's an asshat?

an asshat is someone who wears his ass like a hat, meaning his head is up his ass.

Uh... I think it's like... a 2 hour(might be a bit longer) drive from Pittsburgh. I'm not completely sure about the actual distance though.

It's not like I NEVER use the enter key... I use it to break up sections of text that involve different things. For example... someone asked me what an asshat was, and I explained it. I had no more to say about asshats, so I moved on and used the enter key. Then I answered Kickinwing's question... again, using the enter key to start this new section which is an explanation about when how and why I use the enter key. I'm not just gonna hit enter when a section of text is "too big" for someone to read it. That doesn't make sense anyway... there's no such thing as too big to read. It's a matter of pscychological laziness. You see one big section of text and say "omg, that's gonna take forever; I don't want to read it." but for some reason, if you see the exact same amount of text, which will take the exact same amount of time to read, but it's broken up into sections via the enter key, you think nothing of it. I don't recall telling anybody else how to format their fucking posts, so don't tell me how to format mine either.

It's officailly called a return key, seen as it returns to the beginning of a new line....

well in Magus's defense, i didn't get the return thing myself until he said enter key. I haven't had a comp with a return key since my Packard Bell 486, every other comp and laptop i've had or used has had an enter key. But oh well, i'm also a little slow. :p

No, actually, it's "officially" called the enter key, seeing as that's how the fuck it's labeled on my keyboard, dumbass.

Hmm... he has a point there.

But seeing as this is supposed to be a topic about the revolution and not about a revolt by the people who have an 'enter' key as opposed to a 'return' key, I can see only one way to finish this dispute.

Googlefight!

I don't know what's more suprising, the result, or the fact that I actually managed to find a practical use for googlefight...
