Nintendo Ds

i think sonys idea of getting the psp into the market and then making a profit later is a good idea , but unfortunately i reckon the with its low batterie life and lack of inginuity, its gonna go the way of the neogeo pocket/wonderswan/game gear , which all failed against the MONO GB ,

nintendo have a certain grip on the handheld market , i believe sony will loosen it , but not remove it....

id like to get a psp , but its that dam batterie life , 2 hours , ouch , if something is done to improve this id consider getting one, on the other hand *looks at gp32* i dont need it ,

NINTENDO DS > GP32 > GBA > GBC > GB > atari > spectrum > a piece of poo > PSP
I agree with absolutely everything you just said.

3.7v 850mah those nintendo guys are craaazyy thats 0.1v less but 250mah more than the GBA SP so its nearly the same battery.
In fact, GBA SP batteries also work with the DS, but you need to snip two little bits of plastic off the end. And SP batteries go for a couple of quid on ebay, so we can have lots of spares :D . I just hope they are easily removable.

I WANT A DS!!!!!!!!!!
Someone suggest a site where I could import a DS to the UK for cheaper than it would be to buy one off GBAX!!! PLEEEASE!!

Urgh...where did everyone get this figure of 2 hours from? Nintendo? Sony have said 4-6 and until proven otherwise (which I'm not saying won't happen) that's all we can quote.

Importmadness have sold out I think.

Everywhere has sold out...Nintendo are (unsurprisingly) going to be stuggling to meet demands. I'd buy one for Xmas but there's little point. :(
