Nintendo 3DS

When the DS lite came out, just about everyone dumped their DS phat for it, including me.
Funnily enough, I've only come across a couple of people who did. The market expanded quite a lot. I would imagine those who replaced their original DS were actually a minority - they all went to use somewhere, even with folks who replaced theirs.

Well yeah, I didn't exactly threw mine away. I passed it on to my niece who used it for years until it fell apart. LOL

Edit: By the way, most kids, the ones that I know, still prefers to play with the DS Lite than the 3DS or DSi

I trust that you guys will be regaling us with some nice pictures of the hardware once you've got it? :)

I never got rid of my Phat and only stopped using it due to getting my 3DS. The D-Pad on the Phat was always more comfortable to me than the Lite. My son got a Lite after his Phat though - which he uses more than his 3DS :/

which he uses more than his 3DS :/
But the 3DS plays DS games, too... Please do pardon my slight confusion at this.

Myself, I still have my original DS (could never get rid of it - I'm very attached to it :p ), my DS Lite went to an older relative, and my DSi was traded towards another relative's own 3DS. :p

About an hour ago, I picked up four 3DS games for $80. Bargain, if you ask me. :)
Ooh, which ones?

If you push back the little plastic thing on the original DS's included wrist strap, you should be able to pull out your arm quite easily.

Lol.Smartass^^^^^
I'm just talking out of experience. Back in school I've often been attached to a Casio CMD40F-7CB. Occasionally that gave me really tough times, such as 12:12:34, or 0:00:00.

Nowadays I don't use wrist watches anymore.

Heheheh...

EDIT: It has been stated that Capcom will be giving some sort of information about Monster Hunter's future in the West before the end of 2012. I'm expecting one of two things, here;

1: Monster Hunter 4 is being localised.

... Or...

2: No more Monster Hunter games will come to the West, and Capcom will announce an intent to pull out of the West entirely.

Given the wording, though, it would appear that point 1 is more likely, by far. :p This presents me with quite the quandary...

Also, here are some pieces of concept art for the game (I adore the Miyazaki-like style that some of this is exuding - especially the caravan and scenery), and some new magazine scans, too.

I can't because I don't understand it either. :p Nah, it's because it does GBA as well - he's still got lots of GBA games he plays regularly.

Ahh, I see. I have a Game Boy micro for that, though it doesn't get as much use of late. Man, that thing was a bargain.
