New Dreamcast Games

how is a port of breakers a new game? wasn't this possible on dreamcast with neogeo emulation anyway?

don't get me wrong, always nice to have a larger library, but I'd rather see some actually new and original titles... they are constantly developing new games for the neogeo, so why port an old version to DC?

Hi all :)

Two new games are coming to the Dreamcast !

- Breakers (SNK)

- Intrepid Izzy (Senile Team)

@Wrath Of Khan : have you heard about these games ?

Cheers, Magic Sam
I have heard of them, yes. Breakers can be easily emulated yes and I dont play fighters like these much. Izzy looks nice, I might buy that one. Rush rally racing reloaded is out now too and escape plan, quite a few.

Intrepid Izzy looks great.

Without Dreamcast's homebrew/emulation scene, I wouldn't have found out about GP2X and then Pandora! Glad to see that games are still coming out for it.

Hi all :)

Senile Team's Intrepid Izzy is on KickStarter:

EDIT: backed it some minutes ago !

New dc games. Mostly ports of old games though, except for okinawa rush which looks great. I will buy okinawa for sure. Battle crust maybe... as its cheap on steam so the dc version needs extras or a low price to justify the purchase I think. Anyways theres tons of dc games landing this year.

And there is Barbarian. But a mere port of a dated 8 bit game...no thanks. If it had a budget price maybe...

Someone needs to tell then that that's not how colour clash worked. Shame there's no proper hires dreamcast mode, but then these days a lot of the game we get are megadrive targets that happen to also get a dreamcast release because it's a cool thing to do.
