Huh? The CPU boards, OMAPs, RAM chips and everything else on the CPU board has been ordered long ago, are in stock and can be produced anytime.

It's all lying around at GC.

The MAINBOARDs are not yet ordered, because these are the ones we're currently debugging.

No. This electrical analysis and simulation was unneccesarry. It was impropper setting in uboot.
It wasn't U-Boot but the DT files, but it certainly wasn't unneccessary as it improves the overall design (and allows for higher overclocking). Also, the memory chip can be affected by that noise as well.
