So will the GP one be powered by the GP2x or by an external power supply?

Eg. art103 has a powered usb host interface cable that'll work with devices requiring upto 100ma, but doesn't need an adaptor, as it uses the GP2X for it's power. He takes 3V in and outputs 5V.

Perhaps such things like a keyboard? Anyway there should be option for external power supply.

Craigix told me, and I'm assuming he's got it direct from GPH themselves.funtasticguy posted on Mar 2 2006 at 06:34 PM said:Craigix and Nickspoon, how do you know that Gamepark will be making a USB breakout box? According to gp2x.com English Bulltein Board, Anna informed us there are no plans to make such a product (see posts 24 & 28).
