I'll take Planetary Annihilation DREDD.

Oh, and I'm guessing this is the one you thought would go first?  :p

Yes :)

The remaining game from that lot, Letter Quest: Grimm's Journey, has 100% approval from purchasers on Steam (146/146 reviews are positive) which is rare to unique.

It must be quite a good game!  Supposedly some sort of RPG crossed with Scrabble.  It's only a 149MB download.  It works for me in wine on Linux.

I installed and played it a little now, seems like a bit of fun.  I think my wife would like it, she likes the word games.

edit: ... having played it a bit, I'm not really a fan.  It's an ok casual game, not exactly thrilling.  I'm disappointed given the "perfect score" on Steam, but not so much as to vote it down.

Darn!

Sad I missed Planetary Annihilation. That's been on my wishlist for ages.

Please may I have Contraption Maker

and Long Live The Queen (reminds me of Princess Maker)

Thanks.

Edit: After running a restaurant myself for 3 years, i have no desire to engage in anything remotely related to that industry.

Edit edit:

This could be a lot of fun (helps I'm a a semi-treky) Artemis Spaceship Bridge Simulator

Please could I have. Thanks. ;)

The time I spend at home paying attention to Steam and other things is minimal.

At present I am at home for another month, which is extremely unusual. Usually I am home for a week or 2 at the most.

I catch things when I am lucky and have the cash to take advantage of the opportunity. Most times I am too late or too early.

I wish there was a list of steam games that work well with wine.  The sites I check are sometimes outdated or the people reporting are using a different version.

For me wine appdb has been mostly adequate to find out about compatibility. But in my experience it is the exception that there is an unsolvable problem with wine (even when using mesa's nv50 driver). But obviously YMMV (especially because I'm not much into AAA games).

There is a thing called "isthereanydeal.com" which can notify you when games on your wishlist are on sale (in any store) or in bundles.

Always Sometimes Monsters,  The Novelist, and Syberia please!  :D

And also Thank you for the other games you've given me in the past..
