I think its a fair review and the original link is from a serious website namely Linux Today at www.Linuxtoday.com
I too am a day one order, I supported the cause with an order for a premium unit which arrived as promised, but I still await my original order.
Email would be good as I have requested a response previously. Was going to give it to my son before he went to Uni, he is on his second year...
I too would like to tighten the hinge as its great and then suddenly wham it's a Ninetndo DS!!
Any methods as I am getting closer to investigation. Other than that it's the best thing since sliced cheese :P
Had mine just over 1 week now. Ordered 28th Jan and delivered inside 1 week.
Now I only need the Oct 1st 2008 order.
Meanwhile I have a Pandora
I coincidently enquired about ordering a second Pandora the same day as Craig released the details of the premium sales. I had a very hard and long think and decided to go for it although my common sense said most definitely no. I received my premium Pandora on Thursday, it is all functioning...
The question of donations has been raised many times and is valid, however from Craigs point of view it does not provide a long term solution. It would perhaps provide an immediate solution whilst new 7 day Pandora plans are finalised and more importantly stocked up for.
It means earlier...
Wow the timing is really spooky as I sent an email this morning re a second batch Pandora asking for the price and an idea of delivery date.
I too expect my 2 year 3 month wait to end very very soon. I am happy to pay more for the 2nd batch unit and I agree that delivery schedules are a major...
What I was suggesting was that the support posts that get solved are then marked as solved.
It would be an admin function I guess. But it would give newbies a good feeling when they see lots of titles with [sOLVED] displayed. Hence reduced searching for problem solutions = more self help. :)
Any chance of a 'SOLVED' Icon or title addition on the support forum, It will show just how many issues are already sorted and allow us to concentrate on helping the outstanding issues.
Also Pandorians can find solutions quickly.
I really feel for the OP team. The case is the 'shop window' for the product. If the case is poor they are not going to get good feedback from the non enthusiast and possible subsequent sales to the people other than us specialists.
Linux is growing fast and a good, well manufactured product...
