Nice game...
How on earth did you come up with this idea?
ooh!! Let me guess!
You encountered the splitscreen-bug in some emulator while playing Crazy Comets :P
Nah - Seriously... Nice work
What psj3809 (EDIT: meant don) is saying may infact be true, because we had the same law on the subject in my country until recently (Denmark). You were actually allowed to borrow a CD from a friend (or public library) and rip it to mp3 legally.
It was however not legal to say download the same...
As for Pirates! Gold.... You might want to consider getting a Mega Drive :)
Seriously... I have a CD32 and was somewhat dissapointed about Pirates! Gold. I might be comparing it with the emulated Mega Drive game, but the CD32 version does seem to be lacking in several areas... Which is stupid...
Four Weddings and a Funeral?
I'm going back to have another look
@ LHC
I don't think Starwars is among these - And I find the script to be somewhat forgiving (I spelled Grease as Greese and it understood)
Acording to the Video Game Critic, Side Pocket for Mega Drive is THE best poolgame ever made. So if you usually respect him and his opinion it's must be worth a shot. At least it must be worth checking out.
How about 3D Pool for C64?
Don't really know how this game is, but I remember their were a few of these games for C64... Maybe it was snooker though.
Edit:
Maybe this is more helpful
Snooker/Pool-games
I mentioned this a while back however I didn't get much feedback (bummer)
Duality-topic
I actually though it was a remake of some real game... And it would be ideal for the GP32
EDIT: Actually c0ncept was one of the few who replied :P
I don't know why nobody has mentioned this, but if you've used Windows to format your SMC with, it have probably formated the SMC as FAT32 which is not compatible with the GP32.
I know that doesn't answer your freelauncher problem... but now your prepared for the next problem ;)
I remember this problem from back when I was testing in november, but I *think* I recall some PDF's actually working. It only interprets the txt in the PDF, so don't expect viewing the fan-zine on it.
It's able to show picture's in html and that's somewhat cool.
I just tried out that Prophet64 project ... In Frodo on the GP32 :P (www.prophet64.com)
It sounds like crap and you're unable to save :(
Ofcause you're not able to get the most out of the program, since the program is somewhat designed for use with external midi-hardware. You would also have...
Was actually wondering if he ever did release the new beta-version. Marco sent a few beta's to me after I reportet a stability issue a while back.
Is this a rescent release?
The last beta I recieved WAS 0.92 Beta... but that was back in november... And there weren't 3 seperate versions.
Nice...
As most of you mention - it really depends on the game. Actually in my case it's more depending on the system.
I can't play C64 games without sound... I just can't :D
However a system like Sega Master System I allways turn the sound off. Actually I also tend to do this on Mega Drive and SNES...
Fair enough :-)
I can't claim to have any knowledge of what does or doesn't make it possible to port from one system to another. I was just thinking out loud.
@ AlexW
Given the requirements of a tracker like that (not only considering the resolution), it might be an idea to look towards the Amiga-scene for a tracker to port.
Ofcause because the GP32 is able to match an Amiga's spec's, but also because we've seem a few Amiga port to the gp32_console...
