    Music Made With Gp32

It's pretty cool... but exept for the coolness factor is there really any point at using the GP32 as an instrument? It doesn't contain a synth-chip like say the gameboy and the C64... Since it can only use software-synths, i guess it really won't have any unique sound.... or something that...

    The Ninja's Design...

I actually agree with you, and I didn't actually mean you should get rid of the shoulder buttons. All modern games needs their triggers. However for the best VSfighter-games a 6 button layout really works better. Think Street Fighter and Killer Instinct... Actually the way MD-emulation works...

    The Ninja's Design...

After all this talk about the GPX2 and XGP - I suddently remember the Ninja Project and checked up on their status... And it looks like it's progressing nicely. I don't know if mr. Mirko at all has had any thoughts about design yet, but I just had a thought. To further differ the Ninja form the...

    Less Is More...

I use dBpower AMP music converter for converting... I would use CDex, but it doesn't apear to preserve the ID-tag of the file.... which is rather anoying if you wan to rip for Svorbis because of the 8-character limit if filenames on the GP32. I think you'll need a ogg vorbis encoder installed...

    Less Is More...

I've been using my Gp32 as a musikplayer for a good while now. But I began finding the 3+ hours of music that fit on 128mb SMC just wasn't enough for me to go through a day. I've been considering actually getting a "real" music player, but with the GPX2 on it's way I am not going to buy one...

    GP32 Gp32 Modz

How about a gyroscope... Similar to the one in the Powerball B) Suriously - I think it would be a cool feature for the new generation of consoles. I figure you would be able to control the direction of the "pull" :) ... go Nintendo....

    Gpx2 Amiga Emu Chances??

@ Cyclops: I just don't think I follow you at all - Was the BBC better than a home-computer which was lauched 6 years later.... because it wasn't burdened with a OS? I don't get it...

Landing Plane On Wings Of Fury

I always found it rather fun trying to "land" from wrong side... It really looked like the plane was doing catwheels or something - and for some reason you didn't crash because of this. .... just a fun way to use you're time if you're coming in from the wrong side i guess - instead of just...

    Gpx2 Amiga Emu Chances??

Are you sure you've got your time-table right? I THINK the Amiga is the more advanced of the two. I've would'nt claim to have any first hand knowlegde about the BBC, but I think the BBC is 8 bit and the Amiga is 16 bit (if it's not the 32 bit - like Amiga 1200).

    Porting Goattracker ??!?!

Actually this tracker seems nice. The gui isn't mouse-based like most other trackers which should make it "ideal" for the GP32. I just wonder if the use of Resid would pose a problem - I don't know if the sid-module that's allready been portet is based on Resid... But since I don't really know...

    Gpx2 Unvailed!!

I just wondered about this. It's not mentioned if this thing has an internal clock or not... This would sertainly be useful in several PDA-like programs.

How Did You Found Out About The Gp32?

Can't remember it exactly, but I think my fascination of emulation of older consoles lead me here. Didn't take me to long to figure out this system was right for me. I guess SNES emulation (or the prospect of it anyway) actually was a deciding factor at the time, but I actually don't miss it...

    Sd-card Mod!

I actually find this mod interesting... or interesting what it actually could be used for. I use my GP32 as a music-player and though ~3 hours of music on 128 mb is impressive - I wouldn't mind more. I suppose I could buy appropiate hardware (like a mp3-player), but I also like to be able to...

    Game Ideas

We'll I'm pretty durnk - but what about something like "duality" from GTA:SA? That doesn't seem too complicated and is rather addicting. But what do I know? I haven't programmed anything in Fenix.

    Berzerk

wow... This IS fun... Nice work As for playing the original on our GP.... What systems was this made for? I've not really come around emulating any Atari systems - except ST.

    Gun-nac [nes]

This game is great! Can't recall having this much fun playing a vertical shooter... I tend to like vertical shooters better. The the action on screen is very impressive... No way was something like this possible on C64. It is fairly easy though - But that actually makes it a bit more acceptable...

    Transport Tycoon

I've actually been wondering about a game like this. Well, I've been surprised, that Rail Road Tycoon doesn't seem to be available for any systems emulated be out GP. Would have thought it'll be available for either SNES or Mega Drive - but apparently not. Remember playing that alot on the...

    Fishing Games.

King Salmon for Mega Drive is a fishing game... I've noticed it usually gets good remark around the net - it doesn't really appeal to me... But no fishing game really do :-) I do remember playing "Gone Fishin' " on Amiga back in the day. I don't know - but maybe it was released for Atari ST too...

    Gamester Gba Plugs

I think the picture on the left is way to blurry to make out if it + or - that's in the center (and vice versa), but aren't all GB-adapters with plus in the centre? If you didn't allready know, Gameparks need minus to be in the centre. I've myself have a gameboy-adaptor, where the cord has been...
