Pandora Doesnt Seem To Stay Powered Down...

This happened to me once, remedied by removing the battery for a few minutes. If it started without the battery being inserted would really worry me

No Cheat/action Reply Codes For 7Th Gen Consoles. Bummer.

I'd quite happily cheat so i could have more trophies! (if only they didn't disable them!) There is an art to cheating and i'm pretty good at it. Take GTAIV for example, it's much more fun with cheats enabled - as is RDR My morals went to hell years ago B)

    The Nintendo 3Ds

Talk is now rife about a limited quantity UK launch in early December. It'll probably end up being similar to the Wii fiasco of '06

    The Nintendo 3Ds

I know analysts can talk bs, but this concurs with what i've heard coming out of Japan http://www.computerandvideogames.com/article.php?id=252861

    A Special Request

If it's a problem for Craig, just PM me with an address and the original sales order number you got from openpandora and i'll divert that unit to me and i'll send mine out Priority Airmail. (4-5 days)

    A Special Request

^If you have no joy with Craig, you are more than welcome to have mine (which i already have) and i'll just get yours directly from Craig when the time comes. Let me know as i'd rather you had one now if it keeps your spirits up.

    The Nintendo 3Ds

Barring the whole starbits thing, the games play pretty much identically IMO They do seem keen to port old n64 games with slightly enhanced visuals though!

Why Do Console Makers Strip Obvious Features?

Mmmmmmmm, see what i did there, i have 3DS on the brain right now. Maybe my battery is knackered, but i'm not too bothered as i should have my 4th gen in a few days :D

    The Nintendo 3Ds

Some of the rolling non playable demos shown at E3 have looked very impressive (MGS, SF IV) but there has to be doubts as to whether the 3DS can come close to what was seen once the games hit playable form (we'll see at the TGS). If they can squeeze a port of Mario Galaxy out of the hardware...

    The Nintendo 3Ds

I'm guessing of course, but this is going to launch at a higher pricepount than any previous NDS. I doubt we'll get any concrete info on western pricing until the new year, especially with the frailty of the Yen. Has the actual CPU been revealed or can we at least whittle down which ones it may be?

Why Do Console Makers Strip Obvious Features?

Despite it having some serious devs on board, the best apps are the simple ones which are more homebrew in style. Doodle jump, flight control. I hate those on screen dpads they use. @migo, I get two hours battery life max If I play games on my 3DS, which makes it far worse than any handheld...

Why Do Console Makers Strip Obvious Features?

Every handheld system should have 6 action buttons, a la Sega Nomad. Better still, a handheld should be designed around a Japanese Sega Saturn Pad :P @OrR, I'm sure the GP2X wasn't created with emulation in mind. IIRC, It was Craig who persuaded them to market emulation as one of it's core...

    The Nintendo 3Ds

@ Exophase, Do you think that the PSP2 will still use physical media? After the whole PSP Go debacle it would be an unwise move for Sony to ditch media for Digital Downloads. I'm sure they now refer to the PSP Go as a 'test exercise' PS. Sorry for the off topic comment! Back on topic, heard...
