At the risk of breaking it further, that 'looks' like the top three tabs in the front lid piece have just popped out of their grooves and need to be clicked back down into place.
Of course, you are dealing with a sensitive area right above the touch screen glass. If you press the wrong way...
I added gerber files to this folder: http://openpandora.ca/schematic/
That will allow you to make the BoB. If you use masking and silkscreening, the reference designators will be on the board and make it easy to match against the schematic.
One side of that Tyco connector has those letters...
It was the minimum order size for us. You knew about this order months ago. ;)
Still, people should buy up yours first since it was a personal sacrifice you made for the planet. :)
There is a gamma set utility somewhere in the menus. You could adjust the red up there if you want. It's a neat little utility that should give you all kinds of freedom with color choice.
Does it reset if you just leave it running the same software but sitting on a table undisturbed? I would test this while not overclocked for sure.
I also agree that doing a reflash just to make sure the OS isn't to blame would be a good idea. Sometimes the installer doesn't set things up...
I feel like I could say with a certain degree of certainty there won't be a Pandora with an OLED screen. Perhaps Pandora 3 in 2020 or something but we can't even buy that stuff right now. I've sent Samsung Semi many emails and even tried going through a distributor. It's not in their interest...
My advice would be to make a document with several columns and paste all the addresses in. Print out the pages and cut them up with scissors. That's what I've done in the past and I find that much better on the hands than writing. Now, if you were using a courier where you have to fill out...
I made a breakout board that went out with every development kit. The schematics and layout have been freely available for a long time. I think there's even a link to it on the wiki somewhere.
Actually, the easiest way to test the antenna is to open the base and use an ohmmeter to make sure the resistance between the center pin and shield is zero ohms on the cable. When it is plugged into the mainboard, you can test the same thing between ground and the capacitor in series with the...
My guess would be a full reflash is the simplest option. If I mess up the filesystem, I have no idea how to repair it. I would just reflash and start over.
Try powering on while holding the right shoulder button and just let it sit at that menu for a few hours. If I remember correctly, that should let it sit there doing some dumb charging at a very low rate so it should sit for a few hours at least. It's just an idea to see if a slow rate of...
I'll have to build up a breakout board and ship it your way for being willing to go through all this trouble. :) I have parts to build about 20, but motivation to build zero at this moment. ;) You should send me a PM with your contact info. I think you live in Canada which makes my life...
The little plastic power switch piece has a channel cut out of it that was designed to clear one of the solder pads for the headphone jack. In rare cases, the tolerances might be tight and the switch is bumping the solder pad. Perhaps you are stopping when you hit this pad and think that is...
