And it's confusing for blind people. Unless someone would be upside down themselves.
you got me thinking.... How does it feel Braille upside down ? Even if the reader knew it's upside down. it's not so easy for me to turn my eyes upside down, but i can touch anything from up orrr down, my fingers can get upside down easily, but could I thus read if I could read Braille ? Would it be possible but harder like reading the reflection of text in a mirror ?
Edit: in fact, turning eyes upside down is not verry hard, just lay belly up on a bed and let your head hang out.

They might read MY instead of UP. I assume they'll notice something is wrong as the exact letters don't exists.
Maybe if they feel from bottom to top they could recognize it and maybe it helps if you do it while standing backwards.
