I'm constantly gaining, losing, or maintaining weight all on my own. Why would I need help with that?

Great. Having a nightmarish fever dream and looking at Doom with the view spinning around. You should become a med tech engineer. :D

Sometimes I'm afraid of myself...
But when I was a child I sometimes dreamed of programming some kind of shoot-them-up across blood or limfatic vessels killing pathogens somehow... Never managed to imagine how it would work precisely enough....

Well, in the blood stream it would be a quick fly-by, then waiting til you eventuelly end up in that vessel again for the next try. In the lymphatic system, though, it would be way more chill - dunno how long it actually would take to get transported from A to B.

Sure
(Sorry if this is the worng thread)
I guess blood would be more arcade and lymph more puzzle (pick antigen sites to grow antibodies?) or exchange goodies (load, unload, sort antibodies, or budget proteins for inflamattion, antibodies, tagging, messaging?) or planning (program routes for when you get back to bloodstream, clone or recruit mates).
I never got around at thinking what the right balance would be between (remote) realism and playability. Or how open or closed the game universe would be.
