2nd Edition At Link-sang

Where I come from, talk will cost you £10 per word or £100 per sentence. You can also get charged 20p a minute on pre-paid or pay monthly. Silence will cost you 2p a minute. Where I come from, life is expensive.

We have informed Craig and Michael (EvilDragon) about our decision not to stock the GP2X before 2006 and asked for authorization if we could forward our customers to their shops in the meantime (free of charge). Attached to that email to them was correspondence between Lik Sang and Gamepark with the explanation why we wouldn't stock the product and that we would look into it after the units are stable. At that point we have received many emails from customers who saw the problems all over the internet. We also informed Hando of this move and sent him the written communication with Gamepark, Craig and Michael (EvilDragon). This was a very disappointing situation, but selling damaged units was and is no option for Lik Sang (we try to do things right and don't experiment or beta test on our customers expense).

The reply that we have received stated the following:

> I can fully understand it, as the gp2x is at the moment a device for
> developers and people who are having fun poking around with a system
> that actually has some firmware bugs :)
>
> It's not yet ready for the standard customer.

Furthermore, in the same message we received confirmation from Craig and Evildragon, that we can can forward customers who insist to get a First Edition to Craig and Evil Dragon's web site.

Attached to this initial correspondence to Craig, Michael and Hando was also Gamepark's confirmation that stock was allocated to Lik Sang from the first production (so-called First Edition) for Dec 5th of 2005.

It is not true that Lik Sang couldn't get stock and therefore made up some news, as stated by Craig. What Craig stated on November 24th of 2005, one day after reading Gamepark's confirmation to Lik Sang, and again yesterday is incorrect. We do not have a problem with Craig and we are not after trouble, so we tried to ignore his lies until now... Enough is enough.

We would be more than happy if the scene could still accept our apologies if our behaviour caused any problem or confusion. We didn't mean to harm anyone. Anyone still having questions to ask Lik-Sang is free to get in touch with us through the contact page:
