Ds Buying

I didnt realise another code: 2 memorys was out

I nearly boght it, but the blurb on the back made it sound crap

EDIT: and I don't know where you've been looking bast, but meteos has an IGN Press average of 9.1 (IGN gave it 9.0)

its supposed to be like lumines, but nicer in some places, worse in others

My Nushields have arrived in England. I'll try them the end of next week....

Yeh. i resently found out another code was coming out here before america which i found weird. but stupid gamestation didnt have it when i went for it. I'll just have to find it somewhere else. or just wait for either splinter cell or rogue agent ds

I got it today its pretty swell but the text boxes are a bit annoying, and long.

if anybody wants 'll give you a full review but i'm not doing it if not

The Japs hate Sony? Really?

Er, no!

Anyway, because I read onlythe american sites like IGN or Gamespot, I've missed another code completely! (or Trace Memory or whatever). But having spent a few minutes looking into it, it sounds bloody great! Famitsu Weekly gave it 10/10!!!!

So I'll be picking this up in Blighty, and ta for the heads up!

:D

I was looking at another code in Carlisle yesterday, but instead decided to pick up Mario, Wario Ware and Zoo Keeper. The Nushields are great, they took quite a lot of play last night, and every thing still looks mint. I ordered a second set though, so I'm ready once i need to replace them.

:D Spoke too soon!

someone just reviewed it and said it took less than 5 hours to complete. DOH!

I hate long games. Seriously, I don't want to wade through a game for HOURS unless it's a final fantasy/square game.

Speaking of which the final fantasy VII - VIII series would be smashing on the ds. though it aint gonna happen :(

I think the DS would really benefit from adventure games, I think ports of many of the Lucas Arts games would benefit from the touch screen and the second screen. I would to see Loom, Sam and Max, Monkey Island and Day of the tentacle on the DS. Also the DS would be powerful enough to run grim Fandango as well.

I think the DS is the perfect system run adventure games on, new and ports.

(I'm sorry if I'm not very coherent, I had very little sleep (read playing Mario 64 DS), had a long day at school and am preparing to go to work.)

the ds with its wifi would be perfect for a nice mmporg. The touch screen could be the keyboard for in game chat as well as hot buttons for spells and stuff. I hope someday it happens.

Well, Animal crossing will be online!!! Reason 1. to be cheerful!

There is talk (but I ain't sure, IGN couldn't tell me) that advance wars DS will be online....! Reason 2!

Then it seems to have been confirmed that Mario Kart WILL be online!!! Reason number 3!!!

Much as I love my PSP, there is only Pro Evo that I'm looking forward to, and if it isn't online, then I might as well play it on the PS2/3. But the games on the DS really make me salivate at the prospect. I wanna play online with you good souls. Anyone has to admit, that these three games, if truly online will be great....

the online feature is the only thing making me keep my DS and hopefully it will get some good online games. Mario Kart would be awesome online, actually ANY ds game would be because you could easily make the touch screen a keyboard for in game chat.

I have twisted Metal head on for my PSP and i play online with it and if anybody else has played this and tried to chat would appreciate how easy online games could be for the DS, its a pain in the ass on the psp to try to get a few sentences out. But i really hope Coded Arms is online, one of the best times i ever had in a game was on my old PC dialing up to my freinds PC and playing Death Match Duke Nukem 3D

Imagine nipping over to Bast's house in Animal Crossing and spamming him in his garden????

Keeps me going, that thought!

"What will I need?"
1. Nintendo DS
2. Legal document stating you're selling your soul to Satan--I mean Nintendo, to pay for more games.

:p
