The New Ultimative Smaltalk Threadt (lots of Off Topic)

[matzesu]

I ordered Siri to Play me Logomotive Breath from Jetro Tull; man these KI still needs lots of debugging, I can’t count how many times I spoken to her until she understood my Musik Order,
One of the Reason I Controlle my Music usaly myself

I also got her the order to play me some Music of Ed Sheeran,
This worked good but it’s seems like it’s the Sort of Music I didn’t like that much.. , some sort of soft pop Gedudel ;(
Now I have to listen 2 Months (tm) of Motörhead to fix this [emoji869][emoji869]

One good Use of Siri is „Stell den Timer auf 10 Minuten“ (Set the Countdown to 10 Minutes) for Pizza

[Caine]

I just use the timer of my oven for that. It conveniently says *ping* when it's done.

[ible]

i just ate some sauerkraut. but not for breakfast...

[JDTAY]

Hey guys, someone leaked a Trump administration proposal to nationalize 5G networks. I've seen two complaints about this proposal so far: "Why didn't we socialists in the Democratic Party think of this first?" and "5G waves are death rays; we all gonna die!"

Seriously though, a woman even wrote to my newspaper about the 5G death ray thing back when North Carolina approved private 5G infrastructure construction, and she totally got published too. >_>

[Wally]

Pretty sure all this belongs in the absurdism corner... either that or you're all going crazy because of the lack of a Pyra.

[PowerGod]

With 5G my push ups are 5 times more effective !! YEAH !!

I thought that the absurdism corner is more for stuff that is considered funny while this thread is more for general short lived discussions.

I vote for keeping the thread. It scratches an itch.

it's like IRC for people who don't want to internet relay chat!

I like this thread because it's like IRC but not 'real time'.

I forgot my freenode password. Please advise.

I forgot mine months ago, if not years by now. Since then I just login as a different (unregistered) user.

"Air Sling", because "Air Fanny Pack" didn't quite sound right!

tempted for a pyra "case," though, since the pyra may be tough to pocket in all pockets. not sure it would be any better than the backpack i normally carry around, though...

[levi]

They don't say what kind of weight that bag's meant to carry. Not that the Pyra will break the bank in that respect, but it does look a little flimsy. I've no experience with these cut-proof materials though. And the pricing seems a bit off; I paid less than half that much again for a 17" fully leather laptop bag. And that's not got a big badge with a logo on it either.

I also wonder, is that strap cut proof as well? Or can a thief cut it of off you and run off with the whole thing, for later hacking through the lock in the safe and dry.

[ible]

i honestly haven't had much experience with being stabbed in my fanny packs, but i guess where there's a will, there's a way?

[rygD]

Yep, it's decided, I am getting another black and pink fanny pack like I used to have for my Gameboy. If there are Pyra fanny packs maybe I would go for one, or better yet, Pyra logo patches for my hat, jacket, backpack, fanny pack, and I will have the logo on full blast when I use it in public.

Seriously, though, fanny pack or a patch would be cool. If I get permission I can get one made for myself and make a small donation.

I find your lack of faith disturbing.
The Pyra is not out yet and you already try to install the first patches!
No donation will free your mind of the guilt you brought upon yourself!

I actually spent quite a while browsing Etsy for fanny packs I like. Looks like I prefer iridescent ones. Maybe this is a bad idea.
