Which is stronger: 3DS or 1GHz model Pandora?

You havent seen paper wars running.
I have played the old prototype. Already impressive, I know that the final Version will be even more polished. ^^ I hope we will see more games in that quality onto the Pandora, not even 3D is needed, there are also cool looking 2D games, Frogatto is one of them for example. :)

Pandora can do (and does) much, much higher quality 3D games than Nintendo DS. Not sure what you're talking about here. Or do you mean the CPU requirements for DraStic?
No, not at all, don't worry. I was thinking about which Handheld is better FOR emulation, not as emulation. ;) And I guess the Pandora can emulate other systems much better than an NDS (as far as Emulators exist for the NDS).  On the other side, I believe that dedicated games can run better and faster on an NDS (or PS VITA) than onto an Pandora because the devs there usualy have accesss and documents to each corner of the Hardware, but this is just speculation and depends of each game.
Well ignoring the crazy inclusion of Vita in a discussion about DS that just isn't true. DS lets you get away with a lot of stuff that'd cause big performance problems on Pandora (and other 3D platforms for that matter) but if you're careful to avoid it the raw power is going to be much higher. What the developers have that make the games look good is a lot of money to spend getting the art assets to look nice. If they focused on the Pandora specifically you'd have very nice looking games - compare the best looking stuff that runs on an old iPhone 3GS, a 1GHz Pandora should be on a similar level. Even stuff like Epic Citadel runs and with some modest reductions would run at an acceptable rate, while DS is physically incapable of even displaying that many polygons at the same time, much less at any resolution higher than 256x192, and to even get graphics on the second screen they have to cut the framerate in half and throw out a big chunk of texture memory.
