There are various portable LCD/TFT televisions about these days, 5",6",7",8" screen size.

I am wondering if you use your tv-out cable to link to a portable tv (as above), which works on batteries - so you can still play your GP2x games wherever you want to?

Which brands and types do you use, does it work well, is the screen good (flicker free, no ghosting, good quality, etc), how long do the batteries last for, what screen resolution is it (the resolutions of such units varies a lot) and goes it work well on the GP2x? Are the speakers good? Perhaps you could give us a review of your views on the unit you use?

Alternatively, is there an option for using an external LCD screen, like the PSone and GameCube has (for example), which could be modified (or better still, currently has) to take a composite input, to work with the GP2x tv-out cable?

It would be useful for all to know which is the best one to use. If we can get a good forum going on this topic, it might prove to be a good "sticky" perhaps...

You could do all of that but don't forget that s-video is pretty fuzzy compared to the GP2X direct driven RGB screen.
