I see there's loads of excitement around with people ordering the new machine, but what can you actually play on it? I didn't think they were backwards compatible with the GP32, so does it come with any games or anything?

Of course, we can't be entirely sure that there'll be anything at launch, but with standard hardware, Linux and SDL some stuff should be appearing VERY fast. Also the plan was that two demos/games will come with every GP2X. Don't know if that is still on target but I did not hear anything against it.Gruntfuggly posted on Sep 19 2005 at 05:21 PM said:Woogal - I thought that was probably the case. I'm just surprised that there seems to be a rush to buy it, when there isn't anything really confirmed in development yet. Sure, there is bound loads of stuff available in the long term, but is there anything that will be available soon?
