Look closely at the lower portions of the squareback, and at the interior floor pans.
If they are rotted through, as is common for this model, walk away.
Unless you plan to take up welding, it will be very expensive to bring to "daily driver" status.
Meaning that it is fixed to where you can drive it in all weather, and not have it leak rain and slush into the body interior, causing further deterioration.
