In part 2 I show fennec and some original pandora games (time to panic)

edit: My encoding messed the sounds. Will fix it tomorrow, I have to sleep now, sorry.
Thank you for that and your reaction to the game was great! :D Basically you played the game as it should be played you won some you lost some, and I think you had a mix of fun, frustration and Panic, which is what we are going for. ;)
If you get stuck on the games you can actually pause it to bring up the help screen.
Thanks again for the video.

EDIT: "WTF am I supposed to do!??" I nearly splurted my tea from my nose laughing!

Nice videos!

As for petitions...

I really would like to know if the www.gokgs.com go client would work (http://senseis.xmp.net/?CGoban3OfflineInstallation).
Also, scummvm running COMI (Curse of Monkey Island) would be nice to watch.

Anyway, thanks for your videos good to see more reviews from final users, although this makes the wait a little harder :p

Thanks

I love PandoraPanic, its just such a weird waste of time .. wish there were about 30 more games to play, though .. seems to me this is the perfect platform for a bit of well-defined plugin structuring .. now that I've played it, I can see myself knocking together some hacks too .. ;)

I would a video with UAE4All running, with some games like Turrican 1 and 2, Apydia and Nuclear War.

It's good to see a positive reception of the game. :) New games are easy enough to add, someone just needs to make said games. I agree that plugins are a good fit or integrated scripting... I have no knowledge how to set that up, however.
Hack away! I'm going to make an updated release in the not too distant future, made some nice changes some that the score screen now support typing and also remember the last name used.

You know, it would be really useful if you could store each new minigame in some binary file that you could just drop into the Pandora panic games directory or something and it would add that minigame to the game.

Nice vid. I was really surprised to see another set of hands holding the camera during Pong. LOL! Who was that?

Hey Gaeryc your videos are awesome.

Any chance you could show off some online gaming?

Examples would be Battle for Wesnoth , freeciv or Quake 3 of course!

If you got enough of making videos, could you try them out and give a bit of feedback if they work online or not? I'm really curious about this and there's really no info on this on the forums yet. Also, I wonder if Quake 1&2 had any kind of online play...

video request: Alex Kidd in Miracle World - SMS and H.E.R.O - Atari 2600 for now
Got H.E.R.O to work but sms games don't work yet on picodrive. I'm trying to fill youtube with pandora videos and the most easiest way to do that is to take your requests, I will try to fulfill most of them. I will do the easy ones first, sorry.

I'd like to see a video of Battle for Wesnoth running, if you want to do something like that. :)

FYI, EvilDragon made one (just bringing it up in case you might have missed it). Also, tried Battle of Wesnoth last night, and it takes forever and a day just to load >_<

right im a linux newbie and im unsure as to whether this is how it works, and doubt the pandora does this out of the box (looked at the packages, sane isnt installed, is there any thing special needed, or is it a simple installation when i get my pandora)

but how about scanning an image and printing it
http://www.sane-project.org/man/scanimage.1.html

(ive got a project concept ive been toying with for a while, and have done some initial testing, and it would be much easier on linux or the pandora than a windows pc)

thanks

I'm trying to make a stand for my camera, but this is what is going to happen today (atleast):

- The curse of the monkey island (damn it looks GOOD on the pandora)
- booting, playing around with usb and playing video
- some mame games

Needless to say, I love my pandora :)

Request: Showing the unofficial blogs on the openpandora.
That would be nice :)

http://pandorapress.net
http://www.pandoratoday.de
http://www.pandora-blog.de
http://www.pandorasource.de

I know.. it's a funny or crazy request..but I have to know wheater my blog can read with a pandora :) and I'm thinking that this fact would be interessting for the other blog-owners too, isn't it?

The curse of the monkey island:

It looks REALLY great on a real pandora, the video is just to show that it really works. It might be one of the most beautiful games that I have ever seen when played on a screen as small and sharp as pandoras.

Next I will show usb and video and internet etc, just wait for me to encode my video.

Hey, that's really awesome! I knew the Pandora would be great for COMI.

Thanks!

PS Now if Cgoban3 runs well in the Pandora, I'll be so happy I will cry.
