The Crunchpad Is No More


I saw that as well, but I take "all the credit" as a bit of hyperbole; they were probably starting with an existing design from elsewhere. Even if they really did everything, it's not like it means they designed this totally independently. We also don't know what kind of financial investments were put forth and by whom, which when you get down to it is what's most relevant.
 
Fusion garage filed for dismissal of the case today, and Engadget has an analysis. Not much chance they'll actually get their dismissal, but a solid response like that should hopefully keep any injunctions at bay.
