Which usb wifi chipsets are supported for the gp2x?

Will i have to build my own modules or are there prebuilt ones somewhere

there are some in qtopia and some on art's website, dont know wich chipsetzt that are right now, one was rtXXX afaik.
Best would be if you build them yourself.

The only thing I found was the rt2570 on art's site

I read somewhere that this driver is no longer needed for v2.0, and it is built in

edit:

Will any wifi usb stick work as long as i compile the drivers for it?

i wouldnt know exactly what i was doing but i think i could figure it out

also..what kernel does 2.0 run?

Some chipsets might only work with the windows drivers and ndiswrapper - these won't work on the GP2X because they need to run x86 binary code. The other issue is you need drivers that can compile against a 2.4 kernel source; I'm not sure if this is a big problem or not.

You can find the kernel version it runs by doing "uname -a" at the command prompt.

Do you have some links that explain how to do this?
