Man you have to sift through a lot of crap to try to get a status update around here

Save yourself some hassle and bookmark pandorapress.net. The news is about as current as you'll get, even if it always seems to amount to "two more months".

You can just write "About two months, maybe a little sooner" on a post-it and stick it on your monitor. It's pretty much the same deal, but without the unimportant details.

You guys should give a peak at "http://www.gizmondoforums.com/forums/". It's a fascinating read.

Any specific thread you think is relevant?

Giz babble, second page. Honestly, any thread dated more than a few months ago is interesting.

Don't 3D printers run fairly slowly? I can't imagine waiting for 4000 cases to come out of one.
Let's see, if we assume that we can get one Pandora case made every 20 minutes, and the machine runs constantly for 24 hours a day, you could have 4000 Pandora cases made in about... 2 months. <_<

But seriously, if all the parts are manufactured in bulk, it might not be all that slow. And if worst comes to worst, one can always purchase multiple machines.

It was nasty.
At least, Craig has not Ferrari decorated with cocaine, as some S. Eriksson.

I think this would be for prototyping only.

That's right, it would save us some serious time, and we could also run off cases for devs easily, rather than the lengthy and annoying time they had to spend with raw PCBs.

Can't take longer than the current 4000...

Why do I get the impression that 'Entrance of the gladiators' is the factory managers favourite piece of music?
