Hi,
I'm quite new here but when I discovered the great GP32/GP2x community I got hooked immediately.
I found this site (elsewhere on this forum):
http://fear.me.uk/gp2x/
I downloaded exactly this pdf:
http://fear.me.uk/gp2x/db.pdf
I had been reading this documentation for a while. In a fact I did view the whole pdf (over 600 pages). There are infos about just everything the MMSP2 has. Registers, memory maps, interrupts, actual chip's pins descriptions, everything! Don't make mistake, I just reviewed this file and I'm not professional enginer. However I'm not totally illiterate technically so... I'll risk to say I've some grips on the MMSP2/GP2x now.
Being very, very cautious (for confirmation ask developers who have the actual hardware) imho the GP2x does have some hidden suprises.
Just download the file yourselves and see. I'm suggesting parts about the "2d graphics processor", "video processor" and "power modes". There are more intriguing things and I could comment but enough!
