I just noticed that Amazon in the UK is selling class 10 Transcend 16GB and 8GB SDHC Cards.

Should be good for Pandora's I guess.

Peace!

Edit: Correction, Go Memory is the Merchant selling these.

does anybody know anything about this card

It is a 32 gig from SanDisk for just $75(free shipping).
It seems like it is a really good deal but I have not found the class speed which makes me kind of nervous.

i got 2 class 10 transcend 16GB cards off newegg, both arrived like 3-4 days later, tested the speed and stability of the cards, both seem excellent. paid $48 USD for each, satisfied purchase.

Christ on a bike! I just paid a little less than that for Class 6 (one Transcend, one Samsung for about £35 each). Is this for real? They say when it comes to SD cards that if it sounds too good to be true then it usually is. And it's sold by a third party which makes me suspicious.

But on the other side of the coin, 32gb cards have come down in price recently, so maybe the price of flash memory is on the move finally. Hmmm, don't really know what to make of it myself. I'd be wary, and if you did put down some money for one then if I were you I'd put it straight into that testing sofware as soon as it arrived to see if the capacity is legit.

Edit: there's an option to buy actually from Amazon on the right for £39, I would go for that for peace of mind.

I'm afraid not - prices are on the up again.

For example, Verbatim's 32GB Class 6 card, as sold on Amazon UK by Amazon UK, was £65 a few weeks ago. It is now £82.

What about this? Class 2 maybe, but cheap for a 32gb card, non?

I have two 32GB class 10 cards ready and waiting. If someone wants to send me my Pandora early so I can benchmark them, I would be glad to post the results.

*DUCK*

The first part is true - the second is unlikely.

What I have are:

Patriot LX 32GB Class 10
I paid $105 each about 4 months ago when it looked like we were weeks away... Now they're $97. I wonder what they'll be in two months +/- when mine ships.

Certainly is. Interesting to see a change on the Class 2s! Thanks for the info. :D
