Running Android Apps in Pyra OS


This is still in infancy, but open source and interesting. Maybe something useful for native apk support

THAT would be a nice video with Pyra prototypes once we got 3D working :D
Hopefully, that won't be too long after we shipped the developers units :)

3D driver integration and rotation.

(also, I had forgotten that thread, and I still have a very low interrest in Android).
 
I also just prefer X11. I use X tunnelling often, and I don't think Wayland has anything similar.
 
Isn't Debian's default install Gnome + Wayland now anyway?
There is no default on armhf, the install is a bit more unorthodox compared to a regular desktop. MATE has been the favorite of aTc, so that is what we have been using lately.
Is there a reason not to use Wayland on the Pyra?
I suppose for the reasons stated, above.
