This is a port of Advanced MAME with the frontend Advanced Menu with Pandoraspecific tweaks and design by mcobit
Get it from here!

Can't get the following games to work:

Super street fighter 2
Super street fighter 2 turbo
Street fighter alpha 3

Any way of getting them to work?

You need the roms for mame 0.106. If you don't have them you might be able to convert yours with clrmame or something.

Or did they work before the update?

Newer games will do that because the newer mame versions are not that performant anymore. Try setring magnify to 1, disable scalers etc.

Also this mame version doesn't have the armcores that help with performance in mame4all.

hmm im sure there is an emulator on the psp that emulates just cps 1 and cps2 games and it even has some software that unpacks all the roms assests to get even more performance... isnt there anyway we can get this for pandora ? :)

If you can give a link and sourcode... everythinh is possible :)

I've a problem: Marble Madness doesn't run for me... I tried every version I could find and rebuilt it with clrmame but it still doesn't work. Any ideas ?

Can you post the contents of the outfile in /tmp after the game fails to run please?

As you can see you miss some romfiles.

Try to find a rom, bios or parentrom that has them in it.

*facepalm* I just read the line with "ERROR......" and not what's above ^^

Thx

Cheecky mouse is not listed by PanMame. Other roms that are available do show in the list and I am pretty sure the rom is fine (but I can't test because it is not shown in the list)

Any ideas?

Is this game included in this mame version?

Check the AdvanceMame.xml File in the .advance folder please.

The only thing I don't get...

The picture up top shows the menu screen and a demo of the game the selector is on.

MY PanMAME does not do that.  I just have a blank screen where that demo is.

Yep, it is in there. And the zip file I use has the same name cheekyms.zip and also has below roms inside so it seems to match.

Do you ever read the description on the repo for an app?

Those previews of the game are little videos in mpng format. You can download them here:

I have no clue why certain roms won't show up...

Some people say that they do if you boot the Pandora with the old kernel.
