Then it would be very difficult to enforce. Better not get caught buying a Pyra, mobile device designed to give you more freedom, while in Minnesota...maybe cross the border, or have a friend or family member complete the transaction for you. It doesn't, because I was asking the community what they think, will it be legal to buy one in Minnesota, even though you buy them online.i believe Betteridge's Law applies here
