    hi Guys,

I just picked up my pandora wih an aim of going through some psx RPG's but ran into some issues I ws having previously.

FF8 crashes when you go into Ifrits cave.

Wild Arms crashes as well when you play as the girl in the castle.

In Cold Blood starts up then goes to a blank screen right away.

It just becomes completely unresponsive.Though the sound does continue to play (The battle music goes on for some time in FF8).

Anyone else had issues like this? I can send save files if anyone needs them. Or can send log files etc.

PCSX Rearmed and latest version (synced with pndmanager)

Just overclocked to 900 mhz on pandora then in the emulator as well.

Still crashed after first fight in ifrits cave on FF 8
Still crashed on load of In Cold Blood

I accidentally overwrote my save file of Wild Arms so couldn't test that (arrgh)

And Porridge, a burger, Spag bol and a minced pie

I remember final fantasy VIII hanging in a couple of places. Disabling dynarec for that section solved the problem.

But so many problems may be other things. Are you using hle bios or the official? Have you got any speed hack enabled?

Wild Arms music was way off for me, the only game that had off music too. I always run Wild Arms first with every update to see if the sound is fixed.

Beyond that all the games I played didn't have any show stoppers like this.

This is probably why. You can't eat all of this in the same meal/day. PCSXReArmed won't work well with upset stomach...
