well, the GBA could be very nicely emulated, after a lot of work
It runs game decent now, and could proboly tripple the speed once we get out of 66mhz and into 133, 166, 200+ we might get some nice emulation
however, the only people that know how to work with the new emu are its native coders, so its not like its capable of being picked up by someone else if its not being worked on at any one time
however, like said before, the GBA has many differant chips for peocessing differant things, the gp32 just has raw CPU power
long story short, GBA can be emu'd at a real nice speed, proly no sound, but requires lots of complicated coding
