Very happy to see Rlyeh is making progress with his emu. Personally mine oc's to 166, but it sucks up batteries like a bastard. Anyone in the states can recommend a good site for good rechargabes and a recharger/de-charger?

1. gp32_console @ 256 mhz nonflu (in quake only 243 i think)
2. gp32_console @ 243 mhz nonflu (i think)
3 gp32_console @ 166 mhz flu

use the search funktion a poll like that was often there, you also should ad more options, tahts not enugh for a overview as most gps that can do 166mhz also do at least 170mhz

No harm in making a new poll...things can change.

My standard non-FLU can only manage 156, but it can go 166 on certain progs (GPcinema). I find that 156 is absolutely fine for most emulators and games...it's only the unfinished stuff that runs a little choppy.

My ex-flu can manage 166 on most programmes, however on some it varies, like the new Atari800 emu it can apparently go to 180!?! I think that all tests quoted should refer to mr spiv's (it is his isn't it?) clockspeed tester (the one that draws the tunnel.)

My BLU "only" goes at 166 Mhz on all apps and I'm very happy of that. :)
Anyway, I'd never o/c over 166 Mhz. ;)

P.S. : I think it's strange that not many people could o/c at 166 Mhz at the begining of my GP32 life and now a lot of them can o/c at 220-256 Mhz (no it's not jealousy).

Mine is one of those GBAX.com ones that is guarenteed to do 166Mhz, but when I have tried it at that speed on OpenSNES9x and fGen it has always crashed after about 2 minutes.

Make a reclamation at GBAX. It's not normal. They have to replace your device freely.

That's not a good sign, I have just ordered a 166 certified BLU to replace my damaged FLU.

The author is Mr. Mirko.

Well I got the Mr bit

Well, mine does that too, bought at GBAX, I've just never had a need of it going higher then 156, since higher then 156 would just suck the hell out of my batterys...

Maybe you guys should tell Craig about it. He should exchange them free of charge. Maybe shipping costs. ;)
