Here is NPR Quake, a GL Quake that have optionnal Non-Photo Realist rendering.
nprQuake needs Quake1 data to runs. Key are adapted to the Pyra, if you let the package copy it's autoexec.cfg. While it's very smooth with default renderer, the NPR ones are a bit more taxing on system.
By default, it's left nub to click, right nub to look (mouse look), and main shoulder to fire and jump. You can alter the "pyra-input.cfg" file that is in "appdata/nprquake" to change nub or key configuration.
Renderer can be changed with h, j, k and l, or (in the demo for example) using the console (with Fn-h) and typing "r_load renderer.so" without the quote, renderer beeing one of dr_default, sketch, bprint or brush.
