Soooo... Here's how it's done.
On any Netflix envelope, there is a wax paper strip you peel off before you seal the DVD back in the package to mail back.
This strip is EXACTLY the correct width to roll inside between the shoulder button post and inside of the button pivot.
Remove the battery, cover, and 5 screws to access the bottom of the pandora. DO NOT remove the circuit board - the LCD ribbon cable looks mighty sensitive.
Remove each shoulder button, if not already removed. On my unit, I folded the Netflix tape over itself one time, doubling it up. Semi-roll this up so it fits inside the shoulder button hole. Push it through a bit more than it needs to be. Fit this over the post that the shoulder button goes on. Press down the shoulder button on the post and *BAM* the shoulder button no longer has play. Use an exacto knife or similar to cut off the excess netflix paper off the top.
Reassemble and enjoy your tight, perfectly working buttons.
