fubar stands for, f***ed up beyond any recognition. Thank you for clarifying that for me, Mr. Vonnegut.

Before a modo close this post because they don't like chatting, grave digging (i wonder why) and people that do not think the same way they think they should think, is it true that a working N64 emulator has been released for the PSP, and if yes, is there a link with infos and screenshots ?

we (or i for one) dont want you in this scene if your gonna post stuff like THAT.

oh and who needs an N64 emulator when you can have mario kart ONLINE on a DS?
Damn straight! Mario Kart DS kicks ass.

one thing ive learned in this forum is that sarcasm doesnt work in text form,
i use sarcasm quotes, eg -
sarcasm/ the best matrix film was the 3rd one.. /sarcasm

hm ... isn't this ironie and not sarcasm?

nope, sarcasm.

here's a good example of irony:

I write "irony at it's finest"....that it was.

This may be an old-skool thread, but a working N64 emulator for PSP has just been released for 1.0, 1.5, and 2.0. I almost killed someone when Sony updated my PSP to 2.6 when I sent it in for repairs (after bricking from Flashmod, whoops), guess I'll have to trade with a friend.

4-5 FPS - good effort, but better to get a DS.

It will never run on GP2X and even on PSP it will NEVER EVER be Fullspeed. You need 700 MHz on a PC for a "good" Emulated Speed. 250 or 333 MHz will not be enough. You could try Static Recompiler like Corn was, but it will reduce Compatibility to ~10 Games bein able to run with one static way. Nodody wants to build 10 different Static Compilers to run all Games well or writen cofig files which are bigger than the Roms is.

i think N64 is possible on GP2X!

because i ran it on a 233MMX cpu with 16Mo of EDO ram :p it's ofcourse an "experimental" result we get, but technically it's possible with a big amount of HLE and a good optimization-maniac coder :D

but for real complete results of course, better wait the GP3X :D

.. on a PC with a GPU.
