Fame, fortune, a Jedi craves not these things.

Miniature arcade machines on the other hand...

Thanks for all the props guys, it is appreciated. I would not have created it without the help of this forum setting me on the right track to figure out a few key issues. I'll be posting antipated issue on two more builds in the next few days. I'll be doing a TRON and a Gauntlet. I'm just waiting to get the caanoos in the mail so I can get started.

I ended up being featured on about 30 different blogs and most gave a nice nod both to the BYOAC community and this one as well of which I am pleased. As mentioned I'll be dropping back by shortly and really do appreciate how helpful this forum has continually proven itself to be. Great job guys!

I read your build summary. Nice work!

Preaching to the choir but re: pots, iirc there are logarithmic and linear pots.

http://www.kpsec.freeuk.com/components/vres.htm#linlog

The linear ones increase resistance proportional to the rotation.
The log ones have a log relationship ie 10% turn = 20% rated resistance & 15% travel = 50% etc.

Get the two mixed up and you get some unexpected effects. :)
