I was really looking forward to playing the Japanese 'Dracula X' game (Akumajou Dracula X - Chi no Rondo (J)) again, since my TurboGrafx CD drive went kaput a long time ago. However, I notice that when I run this game, all the CD music tracks run much too fast. The dialogue sounds like munchkins are speaking, and the music is high pitched and ends too soon on cut scenes. I tried converting the files to both WAVE and OGG formats, but it didn't make any difference. The files all play fine through Deadbeef on the Pandora, and through Audacious on my computer.
I'm hoping that there is a resolution for this issue that doesn't involve me sifting through source code and recompiling the application (especially since I don't have much experience with emulators).
Edit: Well, I worked around the issue by ripping my old disc (I had downloaded it from the Internet since my brother had my disc). It seems to work fine with a cue/bin formatted rip.
