Am I screwed?

Under section E of the terms and conditions for hi-speed users it clearly states that you must publish material that breaks copyright law. A portal for GPCineam films would be breaking this as you will be providing access to illegally available films.

Basically theres no way you can defend having the sort of sight you do for the purpose for which you intend to use it.

On the flipside however, if theres relatively low traffic i'm thinking there wouldn't be too many problems.

Legally however you don't have a leg to stand on!

Nah, that's a routine scanner that I get once a day or so. It checks to make sure you don't have any unsafe open ports on your machine, usually used for stuff like spam proxies and mail servers. Trackers won't bother them.

northon blocked it anyway.
Accept on the ports I have opened. Do you think I should make one of those diclaimer things That says "I am not responsable for the nature or type or files on this tracker. If you belong to a government company you must not prceed past here etc etc etc"?
P.S. Please "do not" post anything illegal on my torrent tracker for now.

Dude, by putting a warning on the front page, the riaa or the bpi isnt just gonna skip over your site.

You have illegal material on there, you are breaking the law, if you are caught you will be punished.
