Is there a problem with Dragon Box Shop?

Because they should have to pay the local sales tax when they receive their goods. Within the EU, just as within any EU member state, VAT is charged at source.

Edit: Though I think there's some weird statute in US law meaning internet=no tax. But I don't really understand US law.

What I understand is that sales tax is state-dependent and big internet shops are formally registered in states with very low if any sales tax rates.

A seller is not obligated to collect sales tax for sales to US buyers, unless that seller has a physical storefront in the same state as the buyer. The buyer, however, is obligated to pay to their state a 'use tax' on all taxable purchases for which tax was not collected at the time of purchase.
