Is The Plastic Case Design Open Source?

We would love it to be, but we know we would then see fake Pandoras with crappy SOCs forced in to them and probably a fake keyboard. (shudder).

If you think this is unlikely, there was even a fake Gizmondo.

Sorry to get back on topic here, but isn't that argument a bit weak? I mean, the case looks pretty cool and all, but it is not like it's unfakable without the original design. Anyone could take a picture and come up with a mock up design good enough to fool any unsuspecting customer. It is not like the makers of fake gameboys and PSPs had access to Sony or Nintendo's production files.(as far as I know at least).

PS: was it really modelled in AutoCAD?

ah, deal extreme. Where the old adage "you get what you pay for" is oh so true. Except in their case the part that suffers is the delivery time, not the quality. Their stuff is usually fairly good quality, it just takes FOREVER to get there. It's nice to order yourself presents sometimes because you're likely to forget you even ordered it.

Delivery isn't fast that's for sure... I always got the stuff I ordered within 2-3 weeks though. Considering the shipping is free it's not that bad IMO. Just not recommended if you need something quickly.
