Yeah, I agree with Ed and meandu.
A full reflash of HotFix 5 wouln't hurt the cause.
Okay I will try that but isn't flashing dangerous?
And do i need to download the the Hotfix 5 pnd and just execute it?

Note: When flashing a full-flash image, you lose ALL your settings. The unit will behave as it was just brand new.
Easy: Download the zipped image and extract the full contents onto the root of your SD Card.
Put the SD Card into slot 1 (the left one), switch on the Pandora while holding the R-Shoulder button and select "boot from SD1:1"
The flashing process should start. After it's finished, reboot the unit.
The first boot will take a while (up to 10 minutes). Patiently wait and you'll be greeted with the First Boot Wizard.
did you try http://209.85.147.106/ in a web browser,
ok it must be the dns from your router not working well with pandora pleasedid you try http://209.85.147.106/ in a web browser,
Yes that is working
But searching in google is not working...
if that succeeds where google has failed then you need to edit /etc/resolv.conf
I think mousepad is installed by default so just typing
mousepad /etc/resolv.conf should let you edit it
nameserver 8.8.8.8
nameserver 8.8.4.4

He keeps telling me Can't open to write , but i used this command you said > mousepad /etc/resolv.conf
Id comment out the other one just put a # before nameserver but it should use them all I thinkOkay , I presume that i need to add those 2 nameservers , or do i need to replace the old one?
Your lucky enough to have a router that lets you do that quite a few dont let you, at least if this works then we know why.Note that the file is created automatically on connect. If you reboot, or even disconnect/reconnect it will lose those settings and you'll have to put them back again.
This is why I changed my router to present 8.8.8.8 and 4.4.4.4 as the DNS servers when a client acquires an IP through DHCP.
Sorry below where it says nameserver xx.x.x.xxx addOkay this is too difficult , I'm going crazy here...
The file sais
Domain lan
Search lan
nameserver XX.X.X.XXX
What do i need to change here.
And if i change it , will it be permanent....?
If not , what do i need to change in my router?

then fire up a browser and see if that works if it does let us know, you will likely have to change the dns servers in your router to the same ones if possible
no it wont be permenant it is reset after a reboot
It does sound strange because IP addresses work it must be the DNS somewhere hopefully your router will lead you to the answerSorry below where it says nameserver xx.x.x.xxx addOkay this is too difficult , I'm going crazy here...

Just tried it , not working , i added 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 in pandora.
I will look into my router to see what the problem is.
