You may not reach 166 out of the box, actually I would pretty much guarantee that it wont. Any of the units that did go to 166 were cherry picked out and sold for $20 more.
You can do a resistor mod that should bring it to 166 or higher. Not sure how good you are with a soldering iron but it is possible.
You can get 128 MB SMCs for around $20.00 online. You may want to invest in the Rayovac 15 min rechargeables they charge fast and last pretty long.
