My first concern would be for the about of ugly javascript on that site. Not to be too critical, I shouldn't have to load scripts from three third-party domains in order to see more than a blank page! Javascript is a security menace, degrades performance, and is largely unnecessary.

The graphic designer in me would also suggest:
- Eliminating animations: the page shouldn't do anything, unless in response to the user
- Keeping backgrounds clean, especially behind text
- Give the user clear focal points, especially along the top and left of the page
- Keep to a small number of colours (unless it's for a clown or primary school)
- Websites should be seen and not heard - they don't need soundtracks!
- People visit websites with questions ("What is this product?") - make sure the site answers them!
- Different content belongs on different pages
- If content is worth presenting, it's worth presenting clearly. If it isn't worth presenting, what's it doing on your website?!
- Never but more than eight items in a bulletted list, it leads to tedium, self-righteous ranting, and irritatingly self-referential, self-conscious irony.
