Pfft:
Code:
cat /dev/random > review.txt
And then rattle the case to make the hardware unit produce the right stream of bits. B)

Is there a system variable for the analogue nub coodinates?

First person to make a nub poem wins an extra 10,000 points and a flying Delorean*.

*Redeemable at some point in the future when stuff hovers

Or you could do a 'cat > my_review.gz' and save yourself a lot of typing ;)

I wish I had a nub,
so nice for me to rub.
I can see me grinning with glee,
as I sit playing Quake in the tub.

Okay, I'll give you the points even though you did the wrong assignment.

What I meant was: if you stream nub values to a text file, you can write a poem by moving them around. Alright, so it won't stir you soul or anything (unless you're a sentient AI or Exophase).

It might go down quite well at avant-guard poetry recitals!

Sorry for the minor bump, but I wanted to add that I've now tried out the USB port with a USB 2.0 device, and it just worked, and it worked perfectly.

I can also confirm that the Apple USB Ethernet device works perfectly with the Pandora, because that's what I was trying out. :p

No, I haven't. I'll dig one up later and give it a go, though. (I don't normally use one, since my main computer has a TrackPoint. :p But I do have one handy.)

OK thanks.

I'd also be interested in hearing about any novelty mice experiences you may of had, or any other form of USB rodent.

I tried a USB dinosaur with my pandora and it charged off the desk with it!

I'm joking of course....Ahem.

I tried my only USB mouse, and it turns out it's broken! I tested it on two other machines, and nothing. Sorry about that. I don't have another one, so I can't give a verdict on USB rodents.

Skeezix ,if there was a webrowser i could use in minimenu i am sure i would be using it more than the OS ,currently the web browser is only used to view read me documents ,so what we need is a browser suited to minimenu and the ability to play music/radio in the background ,this is the only reason

Grab that file here:
http://dl.openhandhe...?0,0,0,0,112,69

You can then use Arora with Minimenu.
Fennec should automatically appear in Minimenu anyways.

With the next hotfix, all XFCE-Programs should also appear in Minimenu :)

"default.gif", is missing.

Checking back in to report that I briefly fixed my mouse (though it immediately stopped working again afterwards  ), and it works fine through a Griffin SmartShare USB (as recommended by Gruso :p), which is a hub that's more like a two-port USB-splitter.

Oh, and running Vi or Emacs just means you're not cool. Even in the afterlife everybody avoids those types. ;)

I run Vi you insensitive clod! (Never really did like nano.)

/me looks at my plaid vest...

Yeah, well, maybe I do fail the cool test...

Thanks for trying it out Prometheus :)

So your saying to get a mouse working on the pandora you need to attach it via a SmartShare USB? Is this the only way?
