Gba Emulation

Chemistry AP is a Senior/Junior elective. I'm a sophmore and Chemistry is on the 'advanced track' (as opposed to the regular Sophmore Integrated Physics and Chemistry class)

We don't take the AP test in 10th grade Chem AP.

Ahhhh. I see. We take Bio in 9th, Chem in 10th, and 11th and 12th we take whatever we want. I opted for Physics Honors this year and probably AP physics next year.

Yeah same. Except we take Physics in 11th (if we took chem in 10th) and 12th is free choice, or you take IPC in 10th and Chemistry 11th. You really don't even have to take a science in 12th, but I will probably take Anatomy and Physiology AP.

edit: Phyiscs?

I took geometry this year, so the freshman year I might skip Biology, but I'm doing alg. 2. Computer programming 2 too...

Pfffft dont see how its a terrible system and the smoothing compensates for the stretched screen or you could just play it 1:1

crap analog stick.....HAHAHAHAA dude you are a GP2X owner right people in glass houses shouldnt throw stones ;)

I was mainly talking about the comment about the XGP. I said the PSP would be a BETTER choice than the XGP especially sisne the PSP has a bigger screen than the XGP and a d-pad .

Smoothing? Then you have a blurry mess.

1:1? then you have a postage stamp, and the 4" XGP screen is smaller than a PSP so it is worse.

Outside of maybe speed the XGP would make a TERRIBLE emulation system.

LOL, i made the same typo twice. Phyiscs = Physics.

It's because your right hand is moving mostly at the start of the word 'phy' and the I is right there so your right hand gets to the 'I' before you can get to the 'S'

I'm in a college physics course, so, you know, suck on that.

i completed two semesters of college physics a year ago, so neener neener (but i'm a little odd as i'm going to have to start my 9th semester this fall, which is nothing to brag about :().

Actually the ghosting on any PSP is HORRID. Im sure the gamepark screens can outperform that smudgy crap.

Thank you for your consideration.

I have a programming experience in GP32, and am also interested in GP2X.

I think the porting of PocketAdvance to GP2X is possible and its speed is playable.

But I worry about Nintendo's patent on emulator.

So I am holding the development of PocketAdvance in PDA too.

I am not lawyer, so I need exact infomation on Nintendo's patent.

If this problem is resolved, I wll port my program to GP2X.

DUDES WHERES A LAWYER WHEN YOU NEED ONE!??!?!

nintendo have a patent on the actual EMULATOR? Most interesting.

If they don't and you just mean on their actual system to my knowledge there is nothing illegal about the creation of emulators (unless perhaps it requires reverse engineering of something?) - its roms and such which step over the line

fuk fuk fukity fuk fuk fukk fukittyyyyyyyyyy

EDIT: wait does US patent apply outside the US?

EDIT: NO IT DOESNT!!!

Unless they apply for international patent via Madrid Protocol onlly certain countries have signed up to the madrid protocol

Under Section 61 of the Trademark Act and Article 2(1) of the Protocol, a qualified owner of an application pending in the USPTO or a qualified owner of a registration granted by the USPTO may file an application for international registration through the USPTO. To qualify, the international applicant must:

(1) Be a national of the United States;

(2) Be domiciled in the United States; or

(3) Have a real and effective industrial or commercial establishment in the United States.

If joint applicants file, each applicant must meet these requirements. Common Reg. 8(2).
