just to make things easy :
4 Megabytes = 32 Megabits
8 Megabytes = 64 Megabits
16 Megabytes = 128 Megabits
just make megabits :8 and you have megabytes.
and its not correct that every gba rom is 4,8 or 16 megabytes, the dumpers (flashers) just can dump in those sizes, but on pc you can delete the space via a few tools or with a hex editor.
