Hi,

I'm new to the gp32 scene and am impressed with the support that I have seen everywhere. The question I have is whether GP32linux has support for media card readers? I would like to use Compact Flash memory if possible as a storage medium as this would be truly portable unlike USB hard drives.

I have 512mbit on my GBA and its nowhere near enough for things like movies so the 128mbit cards on the GP32 will definately not be large enough.

Cheers,

EB

Smart media cards are measured in bytes, not bits (8 bits in a byte). So the largest SMC (128) is actually twice the size of your 512mbit flash cart (and plenty big enough for a full movie once you've converted it).
