Yes because without reflections and faces, we wouldn't be able to draw 10 million polygons a second at 800 by 480.

And the CPU delivers amazing math performance by multiplying and subtracting.

besides we'd be waiting 6+ more months anyway. somebody please move this thread? its interesting to talk about but shouldnt be in the main pandora section :)

We're a minimum of 18 months from A9-based devices shipping to the public. There is certainly no point in waiting that long, and less point to keeping this thread open.

The OMAP 3630 is not an A9-based device. It's A8, as stated on TI's website.

Regardless of that however, there still no chance we'll be using a 3630 any time soon in the Pandora.
