The pandora archieve website doesn't let you download mupen64plus emulator,it comes with an error.

that site is awesome but but doesn't have vba emulator and vlc app on the website.

Due to distribution restrictions that some programmers put on their work, not all software is available on every repository. You'll just have to pick and choose the appropriate software from each site.
